Ha, I meant to elaborate. The intent of this issue is to acknowledge the open source libraries being used.

So I imagine it would be a page or similar where each library and its license is listed.

I still think adding license information to the top of each file would be a good practice, like how mysql does..

That isn't really a client issue, but I think it'd be a good practice. I recommend some code I wrote for the last company I worked for. It isn't an npm package yet but if it's a need I'll make it one, I'm a contributor to that repository.

I'm indifferent, though I think it's a fairly uncommon practice - at least in the python community.
