Rebuild Docker image to pull in new Node version

Hi there, SQLPad is currently using Node 16.20.0, and a number of security fixes are bundled in Node 16.20.1. Would you be able to bump this dependency? AFAIC it should already be bundled in the base node:16-bullseye-slim image, so it should just be a simple build and deploy.
