Document importing and exporting connections

Currently I can't export my DB connections then import them into a new PC or Mac. So I have to readd them manually, that take me a lot of time.

All settings and added connections are stored in a sqlectron.json file, which is either at ~/.sqlectron.json or under:

• macOS: ~/Library/Preferences/Sqlectron/sqlectron.json
• Windows: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Sqlectron\Config\sqlectron.json
• Linux: ~/.cache/Sqlectron/sqlectron.json

You should be able to freely copy and move this file from computer to computer.

Leaving this open until it's properly documented somewhere more accessible to the average user.
