Problems to visualize each signaling pathway using any plot

Hi,

I have been following the tutorial (https://htmlpreview.github.io/?https://github.com/sqjin/CellChat/blob/master/tutorial/CellChat-vignette.html#devtools::install_github(%22sqjin/CellChat%22) with my dataset and everything was working well. However, when I arrived to the part III -Visualization of cell-cell communication network-, I am able to get the pathways and pick one but after that nothing moves forward. I tried to get the hierarchy plot, circle plot, or chord diagram and it seems that is running but nothing happens after some time. I tried to skip those plots and move directly to compute the contribution of each ligand-receptor pair but the same happened.

I would really appreciate any help with this. Thanks!
