How to only calculate interested cell interactions from the beginning

Thank you for your great work. I encounter a problem. When my cluster number is large, it will cost much time to calculate pair interaction. Can we assign the source and targets from the beginning? There is a related issue in issue #221. You mentioned using the subsetCellChat function. But this is done after the calculation is finished. Hope for your reply. Thank you
