netVisual bubble

I have a few questions regarding the netVisualbubble function. First, how can you label the communication probability numerically? Also, is there a way to filter the probabilities, so that there is only a dot if the probability is above a certain value? I've tried using max.dataset = 2, but I don't understand what probability that would correspond to.
