@J1205 I did not understand your request. In cellchat, you can rank the distance between two signaling pathways based on this umap plot.

Hi, @sqjin Thanks a lot for your response. For example, I wonder if I will be able to collect the cells corresponding to the group 4 in purple since the count matrix (genes x cells) has been used as input.
