mat matrix shows both "outgoing" and "incoming" signals?

Hello,

I made an heatmap of the mat matrix, in order to understand the patterns of interactions among my cell types.

However, I noticed that the pattern of interaction of CellType_XX in the row is different from the one of the same CellType_XX in the column. Thus, is it might due to the fact that the matrix plots both incoming and outgoing signals (columns/rowns)?

Hi @sqjin and @CaoWei-UM.

I have the same problem as @Fransis11 in understanding the difference between rows and columns of the mat matrix. Could you maybe explain better what the values represent.
