Crash ( segfault ) after each scan

Hello ,

i'm scanning for exempe 400-500

and each time i'm at the upper limit ( 499.9 -> 500 )

i have a segfault :

Message window
Signal found

ERROR: xmlrpc fault set(freq,double,-100000)!
Floating point exception (core dumped)
