pywin32 not installed error for Windows, when pywin32 installed

Greetings, I've been using pyclip recently for this project. When testing it on my local machine with fedora it's been working perfectly. Since testing on Windows (in a VM) I've received the following slightly confusing errors.

Running python 3.10.4

Installed for correct python version
