exact param in win_wait

I need a 'exact' param in win_wait() like find_window().

Hmmm. These features are implemented somewhat differently. find_window performs its filtering in Python on all windows, which allows use of the exact parameter.

It may be possible, but it's tricky to do with win_wait because we rely on AutoHotkey's WinWait to wait for the window. I think maybe changing the matching mode on the AHK side (conditionally, on exact) may work 🤔

Or, allow providing the matching mode, like we do with coord mode in most other places.
