Dockerfile? -- How hard is it to run this manually?

I'd love to run this as a Github Action in our (private) repository. To do this, it would be awesome if it was easy to run it as a binary #6, or if there was an official Dockerfile to run this on a given repo or source file.

Do you have any advice on the right run-configuration?
