Please indent parameter descriptions in tooltips

Somehow Spyder removes leading whitespace there. But it shouldn't (see attached picture):

If you follow the advice "Click anywhere in this tooltip for additional help", the function info, as expected, will appear properly indented in both rich and raw text versions. So Spyder knows the correct text formatting and should obey it in the tooltip as well.
