Can't update

I had 4 packages to update, but the update process (after the confirmation window) didn't do anything, it went directly from setup to updating package list. No error is reported in the UI, nothing is the console either. I updated the packages from conda without any problem. I have v3.5.1 installed with conda from the spyder channel.
