OH 2.4 update issue

Updating my OH to 2.4 broke my Bluetooth setup. Looking through the log gnu.io needed to be loaded. This is solved by loading the Serial Binding - it won't happen to everyone as some bindings appear to load it as part of the setup. Perhaps this needs to be stated in the pre-requisites?

I have other issues at the moment with items changing and not matching in the rules. When I get to the bottom of it all I'll come back and post some advice. If you're contemplating upgrading to 2.4 only do it if there's an overriding reason.

Getting the same on a fresh install, so this should maybe either be included as dependency or mentioned in the docs.
