[WP Bug] Won't block YouTube oEmbed

Describe the bug Installing and activating the plugin would show the consent banner, but irrespective of what I click (Accept/Reject) or don't click, the out-of-the-box YouTube embed seems to be just working fine. (i.e. it doesn't ever get blocked)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Install bog standard WP 5.7.2
  2. Embed a YouTube video with the built-in editor
  3. Install 'Cookie Consent & Autoblock'
  4. Open the page with the embedded video
  5. Observe, that before clicking Accept (or even after clicking 'Reject') you can play the video.

Expected behavior The embedded video gets blocked until the user clicks 'Accept'.
