Weird value of doubling time

Hi Kathleen,

Thank you for this very useful code. I am trying to use it to calculate the doubling time of K. pneumoniae in a rich medium. Everything works fine but I get strange results in terms of doubling time. Indeed, I get values between 40 and 50 minutes which seems really high for this type of bacteria.

Have you encountered such problems?
