Empirical AUC =0

Hi

I found few wells have empirical AUC =0 with the note "cannot fit data" (an example below). Because the OD values are not the same, I expect a non-zero AUC for the well A1. I am wondering if the fit matters with eAUC calculation?

A1 0.1118 0.1637 0.182 0.1501 0.1292 0.1991 0.1258
