Okay. A couple of questions :
If I want to use it with Kinetic, can I simply use the URDF files as such, will will they also not build ?
Also, do you plan on releasing the same for Kinetic? If so, when?
We have not had time to port it yet, the issue is the gazebo version and various ROS drivers we are using. If you want to fork it and figure it out, by all means: you may beat us to the port! :)

I just got the CPFL Autocar package, and could get it working on my system. I have contacted the developers there, but do you have any idea how those guys got it working on 16.04 + Kinetic ? (Also, they are also using Catvehicle AFAIK)
I think they probably finished the port before the both of us. :)
