Update place holder image suggestion

I think the current grey box that is used by default when a Developer profile doesn't submit a logo (which is quite a few) doesn't look great, especially when there are a few of them together. I think it just needs to be swapped out with something a bit less stark. Maybe a watermark-styled MWW icon?
