Image chooser on madewithwagtail generates 502

If you try to add an image to a site it returns an 502, so you can't upload any images:

To reproduce:

• Login as a developer account
• Add a site page
• Try to add image bij clicking on the choose an image button

I'm having the same issue with trying to add an image through the image chooser. With the same steps as @ralphjacobs

The image chooser modalworkflow appears to be broken. I've found this common after updating to Wagtail version 2.2+ but at a quick glance this is still on an older version.

Is anyone working on a fix for this?
