Strange charge choices

I posted this on the facebook group yeterday and Trefor asked me to upload my logs

SOC was at 94% and plan decided to charge at 19.59p when the following half-hour the price was 2p cheaper. Same later in the evening again

I should probably say that in the period before peak (4-7) I'd been making use of the Uswitch 5 hours free period and had selected a Manual Charge at about 13:00 and set the period up to 16:00 as Freeze charge (I think) in order to preserve the battery, which happened. From 16:00 it then reverted to battery which also happened. I just didn't expect a charge at 19p when battery was 94%

I included all my logs in case they helped. The second file above (predbat5) covers the period to 15:30 on 15/11.

What I really need is the debug yaml generated when you have a bad plan.
