battery left on HoldChrg @ 7% during IOG off-peak period
Describe the bug This morning at 5:30 my battery was at 5% charge. Looking at the history plan predbat decided to keep it at HoldChrg with a 7% target instead of Chrg to 100%. Predbat usually charges during this period.
Note that I am on IOG with Export @ 15p with Octopus, my car was not plugged last night.
In the screenshots you will see the battery charged at 6:00 am, this is because I plugged in my car at this point and Octopus sent some cheap slots. Prior to this manual intervention this all cheap slots would have completed by 5:30.
Expected behaviour Predbat to take advantage of the off-peak slot and charge the battery to 100%. The plan it gave was not optimal as during the day I would have diverted solar to the battery (losing 15p export opportunity) and also the battery was predicted to get to zero prior to the next 23:30 off-peak slot.

Log file
Predbat debug yaml file
To add, after octopus gave me some charge slots at approx 6am, predbat recomputed incorrectly. I did not capture a screenshot, but maybe this is tracked in the debug file.
Octopus gave a few slots between 6 and 11am. Predbat decided it would be best to hold charge until about 8 or 9am, and only charge the battery at that point. This would be suboptimal as the PV forecast showed an opportunity to export the surplus from about 9am onwards at 15p.
I had to over ride manually.
