Current Cost with an Ohme charger

Describe the bug Using the new Ohme charger functionality in Predbat sync predbat activities with car charging. My undersatnding of IOG, is that if the car is schedule charged in a 30 minute (say even for 15 minutes) then all the electric for that whole 30 minute period is at the lower 7p cost.

I'm finding that the "predbat.import_rates" is only showing the cost at the lower 7p rate during the car charge period. For example, the car stopped charging at 7:55, and the rates jumped up to full cost.

Expected behaviour The import rate to be at the lower IOG rate for the full 30 minute period the charge is scheduled for.
