Solcast refresh in minutes

Can solcast_poll_hours take minutes rather than hours ? That would allow users with two aspects to use maximum allowance i.e. 10/2=5 time per day, i.e. every 4.8 hour in 24h.

Adding support for a decimal place which will allow something like 4.8
