Image upload?

At the moment we just read files off disk. What would be great is to have immagine totally manage the lifecycle of an image - i.e. upload, store, render.

This would give us a few nice options:

• configurable storage back-ends (i.e. S3)
• better cache management - i.e. we'd know when to invalidate a cached copy
