New option: pr-downloader --list-game <name>

Ability to search for a string in already downloaded files so you know what you already have.

not sure if this can be done in a statisfying way pr-downloader only can search for filenames and rapid files as pr-downloader doesn't understand the contents of .sd7 & .sdz files.

this imo is more a feature for spring or a lobby as they understand these files.
