Revisit Documentation

The documentation should better explain the most common use cases for Spring Session and how to configure the application to achieve that.

The documentation as it is today has only one paragraph or even none to explain each module's benefits, that could be changed to an approach that are more use case focused, like the work that was done on https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-security/pull/12601
