Right now, I am operating with a custom-built JAR that contains fixes that have been offered on the JIRA issue comments. (In other words, I can't just use the -CI snapshot version).

I would much prefer to reference a milestone JAR in the SpringSource nexus repository.

Please consider releasing Release Candidate 1.
