Pagination with Oracle 11g

Oracle 11g does not support OFFSET/FETCH in the queries for pagination. What dialect can we use for pagination with Oracle 11g? Is there a custom dialect that can be used?

Oracle11g is not supported by Spring Data JDBC and with the current infrastructure it can't be easily supported. We are also not going to make changes just to support Oracle 11g which reached end of support from Oracle as well.

But: It would be useful not only for this use case to be able to inject a custom SqlRenderer in the SqlGenerator, which then could take of such special needs.

If someone would create a PR to that effect, we'd consider it.
