Missing spring-boot-micrometer-observation-test module

Micrometer provides io.micrometer:micrometer-observation-test to test observations. However, I don't see this provided in any of the *-test modules nor starters.

Wondering if a spring-boot-micrometer-observation-test should exist to provide just that or should it be included in one of the existing *-test modules for Micrometer?
