Sorry, that's an unanticipated side-effect of deleting the 4.0.x branch as main is now building 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT. If GitHub allows you to do so, could you please change the PR's base branch to main and then re-open it?

I can't reopen it, changing the base branch is not allowed for closed PR.
