Update index.html to hide login link if authenticated

hide "login" link, if already logged in.

Thanks. That's sort of useful, so I'll just leave the pull request open and people can apply it if they want to. I prefer to have the option to force a login to happen again (even if it's just for testing).

I prefer using ng-show="authenticated". An exclamation mark can be easily missed...
