Maven Spring Boot Current Version 3.1.0 update to 3.2.0 in the following project files: initial/pom.xml complete/pom.xml

Gradle Spring Boot Version 3.1.0 update to 3.2.0 initial/build.gradle complete/build.gradle

Hi @igoradulian. Thanks for the PR. My apologies that we missed merging it at the time it was submitted. The project has seen a few upgrades since this PR so I'm going to close it as outdated.

This project now has dependabot configured to pick up the minor releases so our updates will be more automated going forward. There still is an opportunity to upgrade on the patch releases if you'd like to submit another PR when Boot 3.3.1 or later releases. You can also keep an eye out for issues tagged with good first issue in the spring-guides org.
