Evaluate creating a getting started guide that introduces Spring Batch Admin UI

https://github.com/spring-guides/gs-batch-processing/issues/6 cites a desire to add this to the Spring Batch guide. I think it would best to leave that guide as-is, and instead consider a separate guide that introduces the admin UI.
