RetryGatewayFilterFactory: Add random jitter to backoff calculation
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The current RetryGatewayFilterFactory does not use any randomness to the jitter factor in the backoff calculation (its a constant value). Requesting to add randomness to the jitter factor to prevent thundering herd problems and improving resiliency.

I'd like to lend a hand with this. Perhaps a percentage based jitter to exist in BackoffConfig found here .
