Dashboard 3rd tab with configured plugin list

I would love to have STS Dashboard 3rd tab with content that can be configured for a team or organization.

By the way, current 2nd tab content is hosted on some non CDN resource, so I get sometimes empty list, or long (10-20 seconds) waiting.

Hey! What kind of support do you have in mind for this? Do you think of the possibility of just adding another tab to the Dashboard that you would plug in? Or do you think about exactly the same as the Extensions tab for which you can configure the content of that feature list?

The same as the Extensions tab for which user can configure the content of that feature list.

The current plugin is great. But some teams want to have their own list. I guess it should be xml file with URL configured in Windows -> Preferences ->
