Capture all open tabs

Although this is a great effort thus far, it would be even better if you could capture the group of tab's URLs and dump them into org mode. I sometimes have 50+ tabs open and capturing each ones URL individually is not practical.

I like the idea but don't know how to integrate it nicely within current UI without degrading usability for people who capture one page at a time. Do you have suggestions?

One possibility would be to add an options panel where one could choose whether to capture one tab or all tabs, or to add a special keybinding for that. Would you like to write such a panel?

Thanks for your reply. Yes I agree it may be difficult to add to the current UI. Maybe either a key binding, or how about holding down a key while clicking the capture button? For example hold down shift and click the button to capture all open tabs in the window where you click. Then the list of tab URLs gets added to the org capture. Anyway, just a suggestion, I already find it really useful as it is :)

Coming back to this, I'd like to ask - do you think that having such a feature justifies adding a "tabs" permission to the extension (users need to accept that extension can "monitor your activity")?

You can do this with the "Copy all URLs" extension (ID: djdmadneanknadilpjiknlnanaolmbfk). Use this as the custom format (note the linebreak):
