FastCraft still only supports UTF-8 in chat and settings. It should be UTF-16.

https://github.com/KeltE/Flasforge_Adventurer-3_Cura_Definition You can also try this fork. This has changed the definition of Dreamer NX and should work. Since I only have a Dreamer NX I haven't been able to physically test printing. There is no feedback on whether anyone still uses it after trying.
