Deface error

Hi, I am using Spree 2 4 Stable with the spree_digital plugin and I am seeing the following in my log files on both development and production servers

Deface: 1 overrides found for 'spree/shared/_nav_bar' Deface: 'auth_shared_login_bar' matched 1 times with 'li#search-bar' Deface: [ERROR] The original source for 'auth_shared_login_bar' has changed, this override should be reviewed t

The error seems to be causing performance issues and I have no idea where to start looking to resolve this. Any ideas on cause and how to fix would be greatly appreciated.
