Rework on store logo's path and default image

Hi!

I added a task to install a default logo for stores and I set the default url to avoid the current 404 when a store hasn't its logo.

Also, I rewrite url and path to match with default Spree path for assets : public/spree/products/... So we have public/stores/... becoming public/spree/stores/...
