Sole Option not working branch 2.4

According with this url https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/mer/WAX_landing-outside Paypal Account Creation is optional for those clients how just want to buy and don't want to create the paypal account. but for any option Sole or Mark, this redirect to the Paypal page that don't have the "Optional paypal account creation". Is there a possible to fix this?

You've got something setup wrong. I'm using "Sole" option in spree 2.4 and it works fine.
