Add support for rearranging drawings in the browser.

Being able to organize drawings into project folders would also be great.

I'd do Issue #7 first. It's similar (both features use collection views) but simpler, and is probably a better starting point. What do you think?

I use Inkpad to create graphic notation, and each drawing is basically a page. It would be perfect therefore, to have a folder for each piece of music.
