App frozen

Image frozen/"spinning" Cannot open ANY files or access any controls. Is there a way to reboot on iPad?

My Brushes App on my I Pad is frozen too. I can't get any of the saved images in the Galley section to open nor can I get the image I was working on the open either. Is there a fix or an update to revive this App? I do not want to believe all the work I thought were saved on this App is lost. Any help or advise would be appreciated.
