List all instances currently running

Is there a way to list all the running instances ?

Use case : Suppose multiple instances are launched using Spotty. Now I don't have a track of instances which are currently running. I need to know the status of the processes inside the instance before i can stop a particular instance .

No, Spotty doesn't have this feature at the moment.
