Plugins not installing

When Installing a plugin, it will just sit with the spinner icon, and nothing happens. Using 2.0.0-beta20

I'm not sure how to get a debug log to see what's going on behind the scenes.

I've seen this too, if you escape out to close the bar, and come back later, it will be gone. It appears the UI doesn't get updated once the installation is complete.
