Cannot tests locally because codecov is expecting token

I'm trying to run some tests locally. Following the CONTRIBUTING.rst, this are my steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://gitpod.io/#https://github.com/spotify/luigi
2. $ pip install tox
3. $ tox -e py27-core test/contrib/postgres_test.py

Expected output: Something like here.

Actual output:
