Pod/node (anti)affinity settings for a job or task manager

Hi,

It looks like pod affinity, anti-affinity and node affinity could be very useful in many scenarios.

I found https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/flink-on-k8s-operator/issues/380 original request on GCP operator flavour and also accompanying PR.

It is possible to incorporate this feature into this project?
