Windows installation steps have broken links

In echoprint-codegen/windows/README.md:

"Download zlib: http://zlib.net/zlib-1.2.8.tar.gz ( 1.2.5 is no longer available, you will need to change where Visual C++ looks for the zlib files ) Download taglib: http://developer.kde.org/~wheeler/files/src/taglib-1.7.tar.gz"

The above links are broken.
