OS Version: 7.1.1

Steps to reproduce:

1. skipToIndex - the song starts playing; if the player is paused, do not start playing

Expected behaviour: skipToIndex - the song starts playing; if the player is paused, do not start playing

Actual behaviour: skipToIndex - the song starts playing even if the player is paused
